As leaders in the mold removal and remediation industry, we also specialize in indoor air quality testing. This is another way for us to determine whether or not your home or place of business may have colonies of mold in places you can’t see. Mold spores are microscopic particles that are released from more mature colonies of mold. This is how mold tries to reproduce. The mold spores travel through the air in hopes of landing on dust, or any kind of organic material it can use as a food source, including people. Our methods of air testing will determine whether or not there are hazardous mold spores in your air.
Indoor Air Quality Testing Overview
You would be surprised how many health complications are contributed to the exposure of mold and mold spores. If Mold doesn’t directly cause the problem itself then being exposed to it will more than complicate any underlying health conditions.
Mold can cause a wide variety of serious health problems such as breathing difficulties, major skin infections, and many other irritations and serious health conditions the majority of us wouldn’t immediately think of.
Unfortunately, in some cases prolonged exposure to mold can even be fatal. If you or anyone you know suspects they have been exposed to mold or mold spores please do not hesitate to schedule an appointment with us.
We test the air quality outside to use as a reference to the air samples we collect inside.
We send the results to a laboratory for a thorough analysis.
When we receive the results we notify you of the findings immediately.
Indoor Air Quality Testing Process
The actual tests itself doesn’t take long to complete. First we take an air sample of the outside environment near the job site as a reference to use as a comparison of the air samples we take indoors. Afterwards we have professionals at a laboratory thoroughly analyze every aspect of the results. The length of this final part of the process may vary depending on the number of air samples we need to take for you.
